Welcome to my website!
There is nothing that makes my soul soar more than seeing someones inner light shine as they recognize their own innate healing power. I am passionate about healing and have studied Reiki and other various forms of energy healing over the last 20 years. After experiencing the profound effect Reiki had on my own personal healing journey I began to teach Reiki to others in 2003 and have since trained hundreds of people in the Usui tradition of Reiki.
I am a Certified Hypnotist and a member of The National Guild of Hypnotists. I completed the 100 Training Hours provided by South Shore Hypnosis Center under the expert tutelage of Patricia MacIsaac after experiencing the direct effect of its power in my own journey of transformation. In my Hypnosis practice I help ordinary people with ordinary problems overcome the the things they wish to change, enhance or transform.
I walk the path of the Goddess and facilitate Groups teaching and sharing Goddess Spirituality. It is a true joy to help other women awaken to their unique flow and Divine Feminine Sovereignty. The soft power of gentle, nurturing, love. With the addition of the Womb Awareness work that organically appeared on my path, I am now able to assist women on an even deeper level to heal & embrace their divine feminine wisdom, worth and medicine. I am passionate about re-awakening the Divine Feminine & Divine Masculine, and embodying and living my truth as a WomBan, a Goddess and helping other seekers to do the same.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administeredby "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows th rough us and is what causes us to be alive.
