This is a donation-based Community Sound Bath! This 1-hour class is wonderful for both beginners and seasoned meditators alike. Create a bit of space and rest with us! All of the proceeds for this class will be donated to a local charity. This month we are highlighting World Central Kitchen and all the beautiful work they do worldwide.
