Relax and restore with a sound healing experience facilitated by Nicole Donovan and Sheree Asdot. Nicole will play the crystal bowls and Sheree will provide hands-on Reiki to each participant, encouraging the body and mind to let go, to bring you into a state of peace and restoration.
