Within this three-hour workshop, we will explore the hoops of our ancestors, the ties that bind, and use sound and vibration to enhance inspiration. We will use images and/or memorabilia to tap into our senses as we welcome our benevolent ancestors into our loving circle. Through meditation and sound you will be lulled into a peaceful state, allowing your mind to soften and your heart to open.
