Join us for a donation-based community Sound Bath! This 1-hour class is wonderful for both beginners and seasoned meditators alike. Create a bit of space and rest with us! All of the proceeds for this class will be donated to Independance House, Inc. Independence House is the only comprehensive community-based organization on Cape Cod providing free and confidential specialized services and widespread programs for children (ages 5+), teens, adults and the later-in-life community who are survivors of, or impacted by domestic or sexual violence. Suggested donation $15 - $20. RSVP is required to attend as space is limited.
