Community Sound Bath by Donation is a heart-centered offering to promote healing through sound and intention. During this meditation we will practice loving kindness, putting good thoughts and love towards one another and our wider community. This is a donation-based class. It is for beginners and seasoned meditators - all are welcome.Â
A yoga mat, bolster, and blanket will be provided.
Pre-registration is required as space is limited.
