Join Nicole for a donation-based community Sound Bath! This 1-hour class is wonderful for both beginners and seasoned meditators alike. Create a bit of space and rest with us! All of the proceeds for this class will be donated to a local charity on Cape Cod.

Join us for a donation-based community Sound Bath! This 1-hour class is wonderful for both beginners and seasoned meditators alike . Create a bit of space and rest with us! All of the proceeds for this class will be donated to a local charity. We are highlighting PFLAG Cape Cod this month to support the good work they do in creating a caring, just, and affirming world for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them.
Suggested donation $15 - $25. RSVP is required to attend as space is limited. You will be getting an email confirming and information for payment, etc. from Nicole Donovan.
