Grief is not the absence of love — it is love looking for a place to go.

In this intimate circle, we will gently honor grief as a sacred initiation — a passage that softens, reshapes, and deepens us. Together, we’ll explore how loss opens the heart to love, creativity, and meaning. Through guided meditation, gentle movement and breathing, journaling, and art-making, we’ll move intentionally between education, expression, and embodied release.

This space is open to anyone walking with grief — whether through death, endings, or change. You don't need to “be ready” or “have it together.” You only need to bring your tender, human heart. Exchange: $50
