About the event
is an invitation to dive into the deep practice of listening. I believe when we slow ourselves down, take a breath and be in the present moment, we hear the whispers of our inner wisdom call to us. During our time together, we will use various exercises and writing prompts to enhance journaling and reflective writing practices.
