This weekend offering has been lovingly curated by Jennifer, Nicole and Sheree weaving together tools and reflections that they each developed through their own journeys of embodiment, healing and awakening. We are each of the belief that practical, simple tools in a regular practice supports us in making peace with presence where true healing is found and lasting, permanent change can take place. Spend the weekend with us exploring a deeper connection to SELF through community, sound, meditation, movement, reflection, writing practice and more.
