Rose Ray Meditation is a multi-layered experience, weaving the frequencies and harmonics of the crystal bowls, original spoken word and poetry, and aromatherapy to support deep relaxation. We will close our time together with a personal message and circle share. This class for beginners as well as seasoned meditators to come together in community and feel supported.
