Sacred Sound, Poetry & Prayer
Sacred Sound, Poetry & Prayer was created to provide a multi-layered experience using crystals singing bowls, spoken word and poetry. Sound healing utilizes dynamic tones and frequency to assist the mind and body to rest, while poetry uses language and rhythm to offer a pathway to emotional exploration. Prayer serves as a bridge of connection to the grace that resides in us all.
Original poetry and readings will be read by the author/facilitator throughout the sound bath experience. Beginners and seasoned meditators are welcome! Join us in for deep relaxation and meditative reflection in a kind and supportive community.
