As we step over the threshold into a new season, we offer a restorative and reflective mini retreat, to help prepare for you for what is to come. During our time together, we will explore different Goddess Archetypes, through the lens of their stories and medicine. We will travel deep within the heart using guided meditation and reflective writing to cultivate ways we can support ourselves as we navigate the daily landscape of our lives.

We will pause mid-day for food and connection. Please bring a snack to add to our Nourishment Altar, so we can share our abundance as a community. We close our time together with a revitalizing Sound Bath with Reiki.
